Dr. Serena Fisher has held HR and Leadership Development roles in the healthcare, higher education, and entertainment industries. She earned a BA in Psychology and MA in Cognitive Psychology from the University of South Florida, as well as her PhD in Human Resources Education from Louisiana State University in 2014. While there, she studied learning, knowledge retention, leadership development, and mixed methods statistics.

Dr. Fisher has published articles in the Memory & Cognition journal; presented at a number of conferences, including the Southeast Evaluation Association (SEA) and the Annual Advances in Qualitative Methods; and has served as an editor on multiple novels, including Pivot Point: Turn on a Dime Without Sacrificing Results by Shawn Rhodes.

She enjoys reading, travel, being involved in the community, and finding new and interesting ways to utilize her unique background for assessing problems and designing solutions.
